Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree is required, preferably in an IT-related field (EE, CS, etc)

Title: Proliance Administrator

Reports To:  D,D&C Enterprise Applications Manager

Description: The Proliance Administrator will support and assist in the design, delivery and improvement of Proliance and related enterprise applications being used by the Design, Development and Construction divisions.  The administrator will also liaise between IT and the business community to understand the IT needs of the business.

Responsibilities:        
 
• Provide support to business critical applications with a primary focus on Proliance and JDE Job Cost and associated integration between the two.
• Maintain and support integration between Proliance and JD Edwards (XE or E1).
• Troubleshoot complex application specific issues and provide resolutions while working to identify root causes.
• Work closely with the software vendor on escalation of issues and requests for product enhancements.
• Document issues and resolutions in the form of knowledge base entries in Unicenter (Service Desk Management tool).
• Prepare written and verbal communication to users to explain issues and recommend solutions and/or process improvements.
• Train end users and or divisional Subject Matter Experts on how to use the application efficiently and effectively in fulfilling business objectives.
• Provide consistent and quality third-tier application support services to our Global business community.
• Consult with and assist users in making the most effective use of the Proliance application through training, testing, system monitoring, and problem resolution.
• Perform application upgrades.
• Conduct unit testing of new software upgrades and/or infrastructure changes that may affect business applications.
• Develop and maintain test scripts for application testing purposes.
• Coordinate and assist the user acceptance training effort for upgrades and or configuration changes.
• Document business and system processes and procedures through the use of industry standard process flow and flow charting techniques.
• Work collaboratively with other IT staff on various projects.
• Complies with corporate and departmental policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
• 4+ years experience with financial systems
• 2+ years experience with construction project management systems
• Specific knowledge of Construction and Accounting strongly desired.
• Solid communication, documentation, and project/task management skills.
• BS/BA Degree in Computer Science, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• Understanding of JD Edwards Enterprise One (preferred)
• Prior experience with Proliance or Prolog (preferred)

Title:   Sr. Network Engineer

Description: The Sr. Network Engineer will be a part of the Network Design and Architecture team who will be responsible for contributing toward the design, architecture and Level 4 support of WAN, LAN, DNS, Network Security, VOIP, Wireless, and network management tools. 4. Create / update policies, procedures, and documentation to adapt to new technologies and business requirements

6. Coordinate and act as liaison with vendors and business partners of various organizations to procure equipment and services related to telecommunication systems within the organization
7. Maintain detailed knowledge of company network standards and the overall local, regional and global network environments
8. Plan and assist in the design and implementation of networking infrastructures (cabling, terminations, patch panels) related to data, voice and video communications
9. Coordinates with communication service providers for installation, upgrade and disconnect of data and voice circuits and account management/maintenance agreements.  This includes review and processing of invoices and correspondence related to data
10. Responsible for managing and maintaining the Wide Area and Local Area Network’s proper capacity and scalability
11. Responsible of configuring and maintaining a proactive Network Monitoring System leveraging existing tools in order to maintain and track Network’s important metrics
12. Performs ongoing network fine tuning, upgrades and enhances to optimize Network performance, availability, stability and security
13. Responsible for performing frequent Network Trending & Analysis and make recommendations and changes accordingly to maximize performance and minimize costs

Qualifications:
• 5-10 years of networking experience
• Certifications in: Cisco CCNP is a must, CCVP and CCIE R&S preferred
• Cisco Switch, Router, and Load Balancing Equipment, Cisco Pix Firewall, Cisco VPN Concentrator, Cisco Call Manager and Cisco Unity, SNMP network management, highly desirable
• Routing protocols (OSPF, BGP-4), MPLS, WAN circuit experience is a must
• Experience in a very wide range of leading edge and traditional network and IP Telephony technologies
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Project preferred
• Wide breadth of hands-on networking and project management skills
• Knowledge of Cisco ACS server and triple A (Authentication, Authorization and Access).

• IP-4 / IP-6 knowledge is a plus.

Title:   Server Engineer

Description: Westfield System Administrators Group, which is comprised of 5 members, is responsible for day-to-day operations of a global real estate company with 200+ servers. Sr. Server Engineer, under limited supervision, administers all aspects of the assigned servers and software, provides tier 3 user Technical Support and problems/issues resolution, as well as issues resolution by spotting reoccurring issues and devising a solution to prevent them. With management develops and certifies server standards.
Responsibilities: 
1. Manages up to 100 servers in complex environment, which includes Microsoft Active Directory 2003, Microsoft Exchange 2003, ISA, IIS, Linux, VMWare, WebSphere and WebLogic Web servers, SQL, Document Mgmt, Symantec Anti-Virus, SAN, NAS and other systems

2. Responsible for a full server life cycle (provisioning, administration, optimization, upgrades and de-provisioning)

3. Troubleshoots advanced user problems related to servers, personal computers and other devices found in the Windows environment. Communicate with users during and post problem/issue resolution.  Responsible for complex LAN, server, and IT systems issues, including decision-making about architecture and systems design

4. Performs Windows System Operation activities and executes System Admin activities including backups and periodic restores

5. Manages monitoring and management tolls, such as Microsoft MOM, HP SIM and other

6. Manages server related projects; using Westfield IT project methodologies, identify project tasks, client contacts, team/vendor assignment or resources.

7. Maintains a broad knowledge of operating systems, and hardware, as well as industry standards and best practices


Qualifications:
• Successful candidates must possess an advanced knowledge of information systems, processes, techniques and computer technology principles. They must have demonstrated 5+ years of experience in advanced knowledge and skill in the following technical areas:
• Desktop operating systems and applications.
• Server operation and configuration
• Microsoft Windows 2003, Active Directory, Exchange 2003, Enterprise Backup Software (Veritas NetBackup), Microsoft Sharepoint, SSL Encryption, XPI, DNS and Wins
• Microsoft SharePoint is a plus
