Software Return Policy


Enterprise Solutions Inc. stands behind what we sell, however we do incur substantial costs associated with each sale and overhead.

It is also important to note that we do not manufacture what we sell and therefore cannot be held responsible for any bugs / defects within the programs themselves.

Depending on the software you purchased you may or may not have been provided with a 30 (thirty) day demo period. Therefore our return policy is follows;


Software without a 30 day demo period trial is typically our Enterprise Style software that requires implementation services. Each Manufacturer of these products has different warranties included in the contracts that we will abide by and are subject to a case by case basis and review.

Purchases of products that have an evaluation period of 30 (thirty) days can be returned for 65% of the software and software maintenance cost if canceled within 72 hours of Invoice Date (or purchase date if purchased online.) Since you have had the opportunity to evaluate the software for 30 days and you have had the opportunity to ask questions and test the software within your environment we are sorry to say that there are no returns after 72 hours of Invoice date (or purchase date if purchased online).

Shipping and any other 'expense' items are not available for refund. We hope you understand that this helps cover our costs and time associated with each purchase.

Services associated with software is non refundable once services have been rendered. Services booked and not canceled at least 10 days days prior to being rendered are subject to all expenses incurred and any refund will be reviewed on a case by case basis.

We are good people with good hearts, strong Christian values and we operate with the highest of integrity woven through the fabric of our being. We never intend to mislead anyone or sell them a software product they cannot use. We are however in business to make money, earn a living and support our stakeholders and therfore operate as such. We do not want you to have issues and are therefore more than willing to work with you to resolve any issues you may have.
