ESI utilizes ICS' SmartStart Implementation Methodology. This methodology is a culmination of thier experience implementing RF-SMART across industry verticals and our team's experience of implementing J.D. Edwards software.

SmartStart is best described as a flexibly structured methodology that enables us to meet key project milestones and our customers' GoLive deadlines while flexibly accommodating their specific business processes.

Phased or Full Implementation

Depending upon timeframe requirements and training preferences, RF-SMART customers can select either a phased or full implementation.

A phased approach calls for the implementation and training of one or two transaction sets at a time. This allows employees to learn and apply the new technology in stages.

A full implementation is a concentrated approach where all transactions go live on one specified date and thorough training is provided on all transactions and features.
